Need basic mobo for older c2d

Like an idiot I shorted out my current board and am looking for a replacement. I have an older 2.13 Core2Duo, 260gtx, 4gb, 2 HDs, and need a basic mobo that will be reliable. I just want to play some games (Call of Duty, WoW, mostly) on a quiet board that won't give me trouble and won't break the bank. Cheaper the better these days. Any suggestions? Thanks!

What's your budget, just the cheapest? Any specific form factor, ATX, mATX?

Are you using RAID? I ask b/c P43 has the ICH10, not ICH10R.
