Duel booting Win98 with Winxp already installed?????

I just erased all my partitions and started from scratch a few days ago. In doing so I chose not to duel boot. Well I desided I want to put Win98 back on but I don't want to erase Winxp again. I have already created another partition (Fat32) but even when I set that partition as active It doesn't let me install 98.How do I do this ?

You're not going to have any choice but to install Win98 first, then add XP.

Can't you install Win98 and then boot WinXP with startup floppies or something and then fix the MBR?

I haven't used WinXP to any extend so I'm not sure.

Install the W98, then reboot with a WinXP CD, enter the setup and do the repair installation process...
