Ok, so i installed an actual retail version of this game, registered, played it, and got bored, soooo i want to sell it now. I had to reformat my hard drive, and now im wondering that since its registered in Windows Live, i might need to reinstall, to unistall it?

No, Windows Live was no help either. I could not find it in my account or anything. Anyways, thanks for the help!

If you didn't deactivate it, to my knowledge you've lost one of your authorization keys. I think you have either 3-5 with GTA IV, but the install might tie permanently to your windows live account, I can't be sure at the moment.

I know it was tough, but with practice, this method of procuring PC software won't seem like such a challenge for you.
