Celly 800 at 1080

I have my Celeron 800 running at 1080@135 fsb right now. It seems to me that the video card is holding me up from going higher at this point. Any time that I go to say....140fsb I get video lockup. It seems that the video card dont like the added bus speed. Any tips other than the obvious one of replacing the heatsink on the video card? (Video card is a Radeon 32mb ddr). With the card the way that it is set up stock, I cant hardly get the card to overclock either. :beer:
