Well your comparing an MMORPG to an FPS... but if you like Quake and fragging people, you won't like Ultima Online. It was good back in 1997, when Player Killers and Player Vs Player was rampant. PKs waiting outside towns just to gank you, those were the days. Now they half the server is what is known as Trammel, where there is no PvP. There is also a new land Ilshenar, which contains the same ruleset as Trammel, no PvP. Then there is Felucca, which allows PvP, but recently OSI has propositioned that it too have the Trammel ruleset, lots of people threatening to leave the game over that.

The in-game customer support sucks.

If you want a real MMOPRG worth playing, wait for Shadowbane to come out.

they're coming out with a star wars based MMORPG...that is going to own them ALL! GAWD i can't wait for that game. the monthly payment could be my soul and i'd still be ALL up in that game. :D
