Welcome back.....as berkeley's server is having problems you ought to dial up to upload/download only at midnight and probably only in the weekends. I'm also crunching with only dial-up Internet and when I did huge dumps (20-30 WU) I needed almost 1 hour to finish all the iploading/downloading. With the current problems it would be almost impossible to upload/download during the day.....
