MaxiJet 1200 - 20.00
Heater Core - 20-30.00
Tubing - Cheap very cheap.
Reservoir - Just use a darn bucket :D

I'd go with that, really cheap IMHO.

Like you can check on the Home Page (http://www.overclockers.com/articles373/) the best aircoolers are the Swiftech MCX462 & the Alpha Pal 8045, but you have to check the Mobo compatibility, coz sometimes there's not enough room around the socket to fit properly the HeatSink, take a look here (http://www.micforg.co.jp/mb_inf_pal8045e.html) for some infos (Note, the list is not totally reliable). Other ways, without fitting prob, are the Millennium Glaciator II (quiet) & the ThermalRight SK6 with a Delta38Cfm, or better a Delta50Cfm, (very noisy at 12v, 7v mod suggested!) both made of copper.
