I am buiding a new computer and am going to eventually water cool but am unsure. What would you recommend? It seems to be quite a debate over the Antec 1240 with lots of fans or the Koolance PC2-601. Or should I buy the Antec and then later on mod it for water cooling with a better water cooling setup. I will be running a Atlon 1600 XP and starting to over clock. Also what power supply would be good.
Thanks a lot.

A little expensive, but my brother bought a Antec case, with a 450 psu, it is watercooled, works excellent, if it was me, I would go with antec case, and if there is enough room, (2) psu's, 1 for fans alone, and 1 for everything else, worked good for me when overclocking, real good, I like Antec psu's

This must be brother day. I have a big full tower case I got a couple years ago and just recently modified it for watercooling. For the case, waterblocks, pump, radiator, etc., etc., etc., I figure I probably spent over $300 and my system is pretty good.
My brother, on the other hand, spent $200 on the Koolance case which came with everything he needs and plenty of stuff he doesn't. It has lots of cool gizmos and it outperforms my system, which cost more and was lot more trouble to put together.
If you know your going to want to do watercooling (You know you want it!!!), and you don't need insane amounts of space in your case, I say get the Koolance.
Ditto on the Antec PSU. My brother has one and they are highly recommended by everyone.

but doing it yourself is more rewarding and if you shop around im sure you could beat the koolance performance-wise.

i almost bought the antec sx1200 (w/out psu) but i sent it back because of funds issues, i highly recommend the case though, its huge, so you will have plenty of room to mod, or put a watercooling kit in it. what i say you do though, get the sx1200 case, and then buy a separate enermax PSU..i have the 431 watter, and it rules, my +5 line stays at 5.03 at all times.....its great
