Aquiring network address???

Im over at my parents house and for the life of me I cant get my netbook to connect to their wifi. My iPod touch connects just fine and Ive managed to get my Dads work laptop to connect, but my netbook just continually says aquiring network address.

Anything I can change in my network settings to get it to connect?

has the wireless router got security ?

did you have to use any security on your iphone and laptop ?

Yes the router has security but I've got the key for it.

You can try manually assigning an IP address to your laptop to see if that works.
