I just bought this new memory http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231166
When trying to run it at rated speeds it bsods and has errors in memtest.
When running at 800 5-5-5-15 2.08V I get no errors and everything works fine.
This is my first time really messing with ram since my last pair was 4x1gb Hynix DRR2 533... any help would be great. My specs are below in my sig

the stock timings for the kit you listed is 5-5-5-15 @ 1066mhz.
have you tried bumping the voltage up to 2.1v or 2.2v?
if you could, post a screenshot of memset with all the timings listed, that may help

At a base clock of 200MHz x 19 = 3.8GHz using a 1:4 FSB : DRAM ratio = 1600MHz (RAM multiplier of x8), the Memory Clock is set to 533MHz (DDR2-1066)? Set Memory Controller Mode to Unganged, bump the NB Voltage to 1.3 - 1.35V, CPU-NB multiplier to x12, and HTT multiplier to x12. And manually adjust the four primary RAM timings to 5-5-5-15-2T (also try a CR of 1T if Memtest passes at 2T).

Right now it's setup like this and passes Memtest.
CPU:
3.8Ghz 200x19 at 1.4v
NB:
200x10 at 1.1v
RAM:
DDR2 800 4-4-4-12 2T tRC 24 at 2.08V
FSB:DRAM Ratio is 1:2
I'm not exactly sure what you wanted me to change in your post.
If you could specify want you meant that'd be very helpful.
This is my real first time messing with all this stuff epically memory settings.

i'm using the same memory set. If you set it according to the EPP settings 5-5-5-15, DRAM voltage to 2.1v you should reach 533 MHz which is 1066
