Newbie here, Need help on the right case and PS to get for my MOBO

Hey all....I got 2 questions...I have a PC now all together and all...But i want a different case...Full tower iam getting...Well first question is....Is it hard to transfer EVERYTHING from old case to new case? roms, card, MOBO, etc....question 2..will any case work with any MOBO i have a GigaByte GA7dX MOBO running a athlon XP1800...what cases will hold my MOBO...and last question is....what size PS should i get? i have a athlonXP1800, 1gb ram, i use ALL PCI slots and AGP, i got 3 cdroms, 1 HD, 1 ZIP, and floppy and i use 5 case fans...400watt good? Let me knwo thanks guys

its not hard to move everything to a new case. well ive done it so many times i can do it in a couple minutes ;)
a good 400w or a good 450w psu will work fine.
and almost all motherboards will work in any case that is larger than a micro atx, lol.
