You are running a 32bit operating system which is limited to 4gb minus any other peripherals (video cards, sound card, etc). That is perfectly normal.
Bottom line: Upgrade to a 64bit OS.

basically its b/c that you have a 32bit OS and it can only show about 3.2GB free.
(I hope your pictures support my theory b/c I cannot see them at the office)

Nice theme for Vista there! :D I had that theme for a while too before I upgraded to 7.
