My PSU did not come with any instructions and I could not find them online either.
This is the PSU I have.

1) My 3V rail shows 3.37. Is this normal?

2) My PSU has dual 12v 4pin connectors. Does it matter which one is used?

1)The 3V rail is actually a 3.3V rail, so 3.37V is within spec.

2) The 2x4pin connectors are keyed so that you can't plug in the wrong one.

Take a look here http://www.legitreviews.com/images/reviews/1015/dfi_790gx_m3h5_8pin.jpg

Just gently try both, and plug in the one that fits.

Okay thank you. My computer has been running for two months almost, so I assume I did everything right.

What is the normal range for the 3.3V rail?

Okay thank you. My computer has been running for two months almost, so I assume I did everything right.

What is the normal range for the 3.3V rail?

±5%, or ±0.165V. So you can go from 3.135V to 3.465V and still be in spec.

This may help out a bit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atx

It lists the voltage specs, and other useful stuff.

2) My PSU has dual 12v 4pin connectors. Does it matter which one is used?I always check the colors of the wires because each voltage has its own color. A 4-pin connector with two yellow wires (+12V) and two black ones (ground) is for CPU power, but if the connector has black, orange, red, and yellow wires, it's part of the 24-pin main motherboard power connector. The connectors are keyed differently, but in the case of my Ultra V-Series and a cheap mobo, the fit was so loose that those 4-pin connectors could be interchanged (and Ultra's instructions said to plug in the 24-pin connector backwards).
