Like the title says...

I'm building a new system and picked up a brand new 850HX for dirt cheap. I figure it should provide enough power for my build but want to get opinions before I actually open the box.
I will need to power:

i7 920 overclocked
6 GB G.Skill perfect Storm DDR3 2000 MHZ ram
Asus Rampage II Gene MOBO
HD 4870x2 (5000 series to come later - maybe 5890)
Swiftech 655 B Pump
1 x 230 MM Fan
3 x scythe Kaze Ultra 3000 RPM 120x38mm Fans
3 x 1500 rpm 120mm led fans
Sunbeam Rheobus Controller
4 x cold cathodes
2 x 10,000 rpm Raptors
1 x 7200 rpm HDD
1 x dvd/cd burner/player

I used to antec calculator and came up with 715W Requirement.

Here are the specs on the PSU as well: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139011&cm_re=corsair_850w-_-17-139-011-_-Product

Way more than enough. The 620HX in my system would power that with a ton of room to spare.

I agree, you should have no problems at all. I'm using nearly the same power supply (TX version) and look at all the stuff I'm running in my sig.

With the 4(TX)and 6(HX) included 6+2 PCIe leads and if the 70amp/840W max rating of the 12v rail is accurate (and according to O.W. it is) then this PSU should power that system with two 4870x2's in X-fire. I see you are running a 12v pump as well, but that shouldn't matter too much.
With the gear you listed, you will have Plenty of headroom.
