Ok, I've been running XP since mid-November. So far I've really been enjoying it, besides a few minor problems.

1) When I click on an incomplete .avi (DivX) file in any directory, it seems to access my hard drives to an extreme. My HDD LED stays lit for a good 10 seconds, in which time I am restricted to what I can do because of how hard it is being accessed. It is like it is being cached or attempted to be fixed or something (BTW, I'm using the old Windows Media Player). Take into mind this is RAID-0, which I really shouldn't be having these issues with.

2) When I create a folder and move video files into it, then attempt to delete the folder, it gives me access violations -- as in the directory is in use or something. It only happens with video files, I believe only .avi too.

3) When burning using Nero 5.5 (or whatever the latest one is), I used to be able to play CS, run ICQ, play music, burn, and be downloading DC files all at the same time @ 24x. Now, it will hardly burn a CD by itself, running nothing else but Nero, without putting itself into Burn-proof mode. I don't remember when this started, but I think it was only a few weeks ago. I've been thinking it is possible that the VIA 4-in-1's may have done it, but I'm not sure.

Anyways, if anyone has any feedback, please post. Thanks.

Ok, well maybe I was asking the wrong questions. Does anyone else have these problems?
