go to newegg.com, get all the parts and see the price, if it is used take off %15 and give an offer.

get the sspec for the cpu.. imo that isnt worth what his BIN is.. P965 is the first board to support core 2 so any ocing will be limited. that is comparing to P35 which imo is a must for core 2.
