Is the Power Color Radeon 8500 Pro 275 equal to a retail Radeon 8500?

I think the Powercolour Radeon is a LE Version which is clocked a bit lower than the regular Radeon.
But I might be wrong;)

YES if you are reffering about Evil Master 2 PRO wich works at 275
the EVIL MASTER 2 with 8500 is LE
