Since I cant use the Compressed feature on my 3dMark2001 becuase it gives me an error half way thorough the test, I have to use 32-bit.

Will this give me a performance drop?

Nope I get the same score either way.
You can cheat and use the 16 bit textures if you want a higher score.

I noticed when I compared mine against others with the exact same setup, most of the ones that did better than me had 16-bit on.........I'll show them!

(once I get my blord of course) :D

just click the benchmark button when you open the program! it's set up perfectly right there, for comparisons, etc. resolution, bit depth, antialiasing, etc etc. are all put on the proper settings by the program, so you don't have to worry about it. when you go to compare, use the criteria screen to weed out those erroneous 16bit scores, heck, i'd score a ton higher if i used that, but it's just pointless, as most everyone uses the default settings.
