Watch the traffic
Inspect all the candy before you let your kids eat it
DO NOT ACCEPT ANY FRUIT! Unless you know the person

Silly Americans with your silly dress-up

lol check candy FOR SURE i heard some people gave some XTC to some little kids a couple years back. I would kill if that happen to my kids.

I remember a few years back when I was still going out, my friends and I ended up going to a house where a known drug dealer was living. His house was in shambles. In fact, at the time we had thought that he made it look like that for Halloween. Busted windows, chipping paint, grass about knee high. We knocked on the door and got no response, so after a few minutes we looked in the windows. There were bags of cocaine everywhere and beer bottles on the counters. At that point we decided to leave. It was pretty funny looking back, but if you have kids who are old enough to go out by themselves, let them know which houses to avoid.
