Hey Drum, you'll not get faster responses by posting numerous times about the same prob. Sometimes folks need to ruminate before giving advice.
Be patient ma'man :)

OK. I d/l'ed your manual and was doing some reading. You've said the dipswitches are set for 1.45v. What is the position of each switch(don't just copy the default setting from the manual...look)
How are you monitoring voltage and temp? What prog are ya using?

OK I am usein moterhboard monitor 5 ALL my vcore dipswitches are OFF, i also disable the auto detct vcore jumper like it said too in the manual. I am getting confused becasue that vcore in the manual is different that what my BIOS vcore says

The manual I have doesn't show PC Health providing any voltage readings beyond the 3.3v/ 5v/ 12v. Hmmm.

What are ya using for cooling?

I am useing standard cooling, but my temps are plenty cool :eh?: :burn: and allow for overclocking....I am oced to 1.54 by changeing multiplier to 11 and bus to 140...and my temps are 43 idle 45 full...

I have tryed everything though...for some reason also I cant put the buss below 133. My computer will not boot if it is lower. And lets say i put my buss past 140 on ANY bus speed the computer will not boot. Also I have tryed 11.5 at 138 bus, no luck, 12 at 133 bus NOPE. I am getting desperate remember my motherbaord is a FIC AD11 (before i said AD11 EA...sorry) I just think my processor wont overclock but PLEASE I am open to any suggestions!.!.!

P.S. I have got to goto sleep PLEASE continue to help me I appreciate it greatly thanx I will talk to you tommarow.

I'd get something better cooling wise. Your temps are good now but as you increase voltage and speed it will increase. I'm running at 1.68 GHz w/ 1.90v (11.5x146) and my load temp is the same as your's.
Set your dips for 1.70v, boot and check your temp and voltage.
