Hello. Im new to this board and a newbie when it comes to clocking.
I use my computer for online gaming (Ultima-Online) where lag and latency are a big issue. I am limited to a 56k dial up, my system is a 700 mhz 512mb ram, 32mb video and 11gb HD.
I would like to know if there is a way to speed up the through put. There is alot of disk swapping going on when i play this game which affects my speed in game and on the comp. Can I eliminate the disk swapping all together since I have 512 mb on board and is there a way to speed up the packing and unbacking of packets? I hope this makes since... Thanks in advance.
