I am looking for a 8600 gt cooler that would hopefully let me keep on my existing heatsink just add a fan... its running around 80c during crysis atm.

So is your current cooler passive and you just want to add a fan? If that's the case you might want to go with something like this (http://www.frozencpu.com/products/3682/slf-02/Vantec_Blue_Spectrum_Fan_Card.html?tl=g40c18s62) that doesn't attach to the card/heatsink itself but still adds extra airflow. Or is it a normal heatsink and fan, because that might be alot harder without replacing the entire heatsink since most of the stock coolers I've seen don't offer the normal holes/mounting hardware for normal case fans.

80C is pretty normal for those cards. Nothing to worry about.

It is just a heatsink and that is it.

Then I think the best thing to do is get something similar to what I posted, something that just clips into a PCI slot right below the card and blows air up and over the heatsink.

The other pci slot is being covered by my hdd ill try to move it around a bit. Thanks if I can get it out of the way ill get the fan. 20 dollars is cheap compared to some other ones. Some video card coolers cost like 70 bucks and 1 cost 10 but it has been sold out for 4 months straight.

Hey my friend 80c is fine. Those chips are made to go 100c and still work.

You don't need to touch that card , leave it stock. OCing the card wont do diddley, because this is a budget consumer card. If you had the 8800 now thats a different story... gl

I still dont like the hot it heats up the rest of my system lol. I moved the hd and will be buying the fan. When I aimed 2 fans at it * the fans to cool a room* it stayed around 60c and overclocking it gave me an extra 12fps which is major when your under the 40's
