I have two video cards to OC

the first, which i wouldn't really care about if it died, is a ATI rage XL with 8 MB of memory.

the other is a SiS 305 w/ 32 MB of Ram

what programs can i use to OC them

Err Powerstrip or ATI Tweaker for only the ATI card. For the SiS card you'd definitely have to use Powerstrip probably.
