Umm besides all the basic stuff like (pump, waterblock, radiator, fans, 1/2" tubing) What else do I need to get? Is there anything that can stop the flow of water?

You will need hose clamps but thats about all I can think of. You will probably have to be a little creative if you didn't buy a complete kit. Some pumps need to be sealed and lots of other little stuff might need work. I would suggest making a fill line so you can fill your system without having to blead it.

might wanna get a couple 90 degree bend fittings and a couple inline barb fittings for routing the hoses in a neat fashion. clamps are a must. make sure you have a flathead screwdriver (small one if possible) for tightening those clamps. Distilled water from the grocery store, water wetter if you can, bleach if you cant, just a slight capful will keep the growth out of the system. oh, and a bucket for any incidental spillage.

IMHO and those of many articles, u should use 85% distilled water, 15% antifreeze, and 4oz. of water wetter for every gallon of liquid. PS.... are u using a resivoir or not? I would suggest it and keep it in a cold place so the water will cool down well. This is unless you have a really good cold rad.
