Where in the world can I find an Asus S370-133 Slocket for my P2B?:eh?:
Welcome to Overclockers.com DangerousDrDave. I hope to see you around the forums.
Newegg.com has some genaric slocket and pricewatch has a few genaric slockets listed. You don't need to get an Asus slocket; you can use just about any brand. I reccomend getting one with voltage control and coppermine support. The best slocket made is probably the Abit Slocket 3. If you can find one great but they are tought o come by now.
Try a search on Pricewatch. If you can't find an Asus(which I am assuming you want for compatibilty with your mobo), try to find an MSI MS-6905 Master. Very good quality, and I have found it to work with any mobo.
In a pinch, you could probably try eBay if you get desparate.

Thanks Bender!
I am a little leary of getting other than an Asus slocket for my Asus P2B board... I've seen some info on line that suggests that this slocket would be the least problematic with this old yet still viable board and an overclocked PII coppermine or celly. I'm thinkin that I'll need to get used cuz Asus' site is silent about their slocket and nobody seems to list it anymore.
So why not get a new board? Well, this was a gift and I like to "tweak" stuff!
I'll keep lookin'
Thanks again

Yeah, I'm keepin my eyes peeled (very painfull) all over the net with little success. I'm still hoping that someone here will see this and have an asus S370-133 that they no longer need and will sell it to me.
we'll see
thanks

I got mine on Ebay...may not be what you want to hear, but there are a few of them on there. I paid around $30 for mine.

I saw one at E bay that came with a $75 Mobo to boot! But alas, the auction was already closed:eh?:
