The other day I went out and bought a VisionTek xtasy everything video card. Basically it is a geforce 2 mx with some preety cool extras. It is supposed to be able to connect to my cable and i'm supposed to be able to set a timer on it for when i want to record my favorite TV shows on my computer. The only problem is I live in San Jose. In San Jose our cable is a little different than others. Instead of just one cable coming from my wall there is two. One is for cable "A" (channels 1a-35a) and cable "B" (channels 1b-35b). Instead of controling the TV channels from my computer I need to hook up my cable to my TV then hook up my TV to my computer, making recording while i'm away impossible. I need to change the channels from my cable box instead of my computer because of the two cable problem. Does anyone else know of a two to one cable converter or something so i can make use of this video card???
