great overclocking motherboard for less then 200$

Hey everyone,

I've been out of overclocking for about 4 years, and am trying to get myself on track again,

could anyone recommend a good motherboard/memory combination to use? This computer will not be used for any gaming .. just some minor video editing.. and some serious overclock !!

I have 2 local computer store retailers i can visit to purchase what i need ..

The Gigabyte EP45-UD3R that you linked to is a very good board.

For $10 more, I would go with the Gigabyte EP45-UD3P. Great board.
