GA-P55-UD5 "overclockability" : Max 190 bclk ?

Hello guys,

First post in here, so I hope it's at the right place. Don't flame me if it's not :)

To be honest I am quite new to overclocking (though i have been building my own rigs for several years now), so some of my future questions / remarks may seem dumb to you...

I just bought and put together a new build based on a GA-P55-UD5 motherboard and a core i7 860 CPU.

As I went through various articles on the Internet about those components, I was convinced of their overclockability, was seduced by that particular process and decided to take my first steps into that geeky world :)

I've already read a bunch of articles and have become acquainted with terms like base clock, uncore clock, vCore etc.

Problem is : whereas I see everywhere that motherboards like mine can get up to 210 bclk easily, mine does not seem to want to get past the 190 bclk "wall".

I am asking you for advice on how to optimize my first overclock, and to help me go forward in that "terra icognita" :)

What are the basic variables that could impact that bclk wall (given I already tried to reasonably raise the QPI/VTT voltage up to 1.28v) ?
vCore, QPI / VTT voltage, mobo bios, etc...

Thank you !

Additional question : regarding QPI / VTT voltage, I've read somewhere that intel specs for LGA1156 were MAX 1.21v (iirc). Is that true ? It would limit the overclockability further more :-(

Update - Additional info

I don't understand the data from easy tune 6, especially the numbers in "Power On" and "Target" Columns. It has none to do with my bios setting ?!
