Place the card in a anti static baggie ,then put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes, then taking a credit card and butt it to the exsisting Heatsink, Place a butter knife on the credit card and It should just pop off.

I highly recomend you buy Arctic Alumina Adhesive for the Ramsinks as its non capacitive. Arctic Silver Adhesive has killed many a video cards if the adhesive gets on the memory pins by mistake. With Arctic Alumina adhesive you won't have this problem.
I agree with Silversinksam. I have a dead Geforce 2 Ti from using arctic silver epoxy. I got the Arctic alimina epoxy and my new Geforce 3 Ti 200 is running great.
