Intel KG or Gigabyte UD4P

Hi,

I want to purchase an i5 and want to get a board for it.
Which one would be better?
Gigabyte P55-UD4P
Gigabyte P55-UD3P (50$ less then UD4P)
Intel DP55KG (30$ less then UD4P)

I'm mainly hesitant between the UD4P and the KG.
The KG is cheaper and has some nice options, but i rarely see anyone choosing an intel board when doing a gaming build, so is there anything wrong with them?

Or is the UD4P worth the extra 30$?

Intel boards are pretty rock solid but have limited BIOS overclocking features. I'd pick the Intel board personally.
