I was shopping for one of these yesterday for $320, and to my surprise when i went onto dell.com today it was only $229.

If you cold recommend something better that's 22"+ and has HDMI and sub $350 I'd appreciate it. It seems like every monitor i look for in the niche has both rave and rage reviews. I bought one, but they are not shipping it for a few days so i could cancel it.

might wana try maybe a refurbished HP W2408H for $200 shipped. it is re-badged as "Famousmaker" i got mine for 200 shipped last month and i'm loving it. 0 dead pixels and a huge 1900X1200 screen.

I hate Tiger Direct, but they have gotten better over the years and there's been some deals recently (no rebates) on some decent LCDs.

If I was going to risk $200 on a LCD that isn't a top of the line model marked down, I'd probably go with something like this:

I guess the Viewsonic 24" that was on sale last week for $199 shipped on TD was really good.

A Colleague of mine uses this monitor @ work and it's actually pretty descent for the money. This person is visually impaired which is why they use the huge monitir.
