GF2 GTS Mod

Hi!

Is there any mod to improve performance of my GF2 GTS CARD ?

I am running a GF2 GTS sof Elsa, Germany.

I got only 4400 Points in 3D Mark 2001,
even though I am having an EPoX 8KHA+, Athlon XP1800+ and 512 DDR

where is the ****ing bug.

Newest BISO (BETA) for mobo and graka, also Nvidia Detornator XP 22.11...

your score is fine if thats what you are complaining about. Is it overclocked or not? If not then the score is real good!

Your score seems about right... That's about what I got with a GF2 Ti running it at default on my Shuttle AK31 r3.1 w/ XP 1600+. You can probably OC it into the mid 5000's.

1) disable V-sync b4 running 3dmark
2) OC card and cpu
3) Cooling mods- ramsinks, HSF, intake case fans
4) new drivers
5) Capacitor removal of low pass filters to improve image quality (no 3dmark score improvement)
6) Quadro conversion to boost OpenGL performance (no 3dmark score improvement)

But how do I mod my graka to a quadro ?

This won't make a difference in 99% of games, but it really improves professional graphics apps. There are two ways to do this... one is by moving a couple of resistors on the back of the card. The other is by patching drivers with softquadro. Trying searching here or in madonion.com's forums for the term softquadro, or just quadro.

its funny because when I did my hardward mod, I accidentally scorched one of the transistors and everytime I start my system from it being off, windowsME reads the card as Geforce2Ultra, but when i restart it, it becomes Quardo2Pro.

Its like I have 2 cards in one!
