This will be a first for me.

ordered this just now:

MCP355 pump
XSPC top for the pump
Swiftech triple radiator
Apogee XT waterblock for CPU

and the necessary tubing, filport, and barb fittings.

Going to be cutting into the CM690 chassis to make the triple radiator work.

You will be pleased....welcome to the world of water. :welcome:

Hope you didn't forget a T, fans, clamps, and some antimicrobal agent. :)

Those are some good choices on watercooling parts

Glad you decided to go with the WC over the GPU upgrade...

Be warned :: Once you start... you won't be able to stop. Watercooling can almost be described as addictive.

Are evil's (from xtremsystem.org) clamps available for purchase? If so, those will be nice.

I use standard worm-drive clamps from Lowe's. They're very secure and not bad looking, what with their silver sheen and all. :)

Are you talking about those ridiculously expensive things? They're nice but no way would I so much as think about paying, what was it, $5/clamp??

Have you ordered the PT Nuke yet? PHN nuke is best for a Distilled only loop, but PT Nuke is just fine. I second hose clamps. Most secure at the best price, especially for a new watercooler. In time you'll build up a collection of fittings and compression fittings.

5.00 a clamp is better than 6.00 a compression fitting..for some. Even going cheap at 4.00 each, for me to do compression, that would be 40.00 more...uh no when I can get 10 worm clamps for 7.00.

Depends if you like compression fittings I spen £55 on 10 Bitspower compression fittings.

Worm clamps are good for a first build though... it's what I used
