Can someone tell me if i cut the cables which are connected at the thermal sensor, the FAN will work propertly at 5300 rpms?

Just cut the Thermistor off and then you have to twist the wires together. Then Insulate it (elec. tape)

And make sure you don't put the fan back on backwards!
