I want to change from the ultra 8800, to an ati 5870. Specs as in the signature, except for a modest soundcard, and my Antec 900 case..

8800 Ultra = *About* 315w load
5870 = *About* 300w load

Id say you are good to go :)

Yes, the Antec TruePower 650W will be enough.
