ASUS P6T (and similar) how many watts for the IOH/SB and MOSFETS?

I'm interested in knowing how many watts of heat from these parts of the motherboard at idle and at full load at stock CPU settings, and full load. Also, if you have an i7-920, what is the range of watts of heat overclocked to say 4.0?

4.2GHz is about 148W for an i7, so 4GHz is probably 140 or so..
