I would like to find a newer driver...(link would be great) I am currently using software version 4.0
current files:
ATI2DRAG.DRV,*vdd,*vflatd,ATI2VXAG.VXC
also was wondering how fast have people got away with overclocking this card without HSF?

What version of drivers do you have? Should say in the device manager under driver tab for display adapter.

Colin, that is the description of your video card.

Highlight it and click on Properties at the bottom of the window. Then click of the Driver tab. Then click on Driver File Details. Your driver version should be listed in about the middle of the Driver File Details window.

You can get the latest driver from ati.com, or omega drivers from omegacorner.com. I've tried both of these, but not extensively. My girlfriend doesn't like me tweaking her computer, cuz I corrupted some files taking her FSB up to 160 last week. I put a fan on her 7200's stock heatsink, and will stealthily slip some ramsinks on tomorrow or the next day. I've been able to hit 175/175, and I'm sure it'll go higher.

I have the Radeon 64Mb DDR vivo and it shows up in *everthing* as a 7200. I'm using the same drivers from ati for win XP and mine is running at 182.5/182.5. I have not found any drivers that work better than these. I have tried three different betas but the ati drivers work the best for me so far.

Colin, I use the 7189 drivers (labelled 4.13.7189 or something like that) on both my 7500 and my DDR VIVO card; they work well. My VIVO is overclocked to 220/220 under 98SE (I don't game under XP so I don't OC). The DDR VIVO card is basically the same as the 7200/7500; it does have HSF like the 7500.

I usually use www.3dchipset.com to get ATI drivers.

Just a little update:
Installed the new ati beta drivers for my radeon 64ddr vivo and my 3dmark2001 score jumped 97 points.

Alternate Driver - 6.13.10.6025

On a side note: the "6.13" in the driver version denotes winXP drivers, 4.13 are win98, and win2k is 5.13
this is something I just learned on www.3dchipset.com
I'm running at 184.5/184.5 I haven't tried any higher because I still have the stock HSF
