Is an Antec 300W PS going to be ebough for an 1800XP w/ an Alpha HS/fan, a GF3 ti200, 2-40 gig Maxtor HDs, a CDRW, floppy drive, 4-80mm case fans, HD cooler with 3-25mm fans, and a PCI slot exhaust fan?

You'll want at least a 350. Ideally, 400 should equip you nicely as well as future addons.

if its a high quality psu then yea. I heard that some guys in here ran like 6 harddrives plus the normal computer components of a 250 psu.
