So i just bought a new mobo. I already unplugged everything and plugged everything back in a few times, but i still get the same problem. Everytime i try turning on the computer nothing happens. Well the computer seems to turn on but i get no signal from the CPU to the monitor. My monitor LED just stays orange. There is no onboard video card so im using a Raedeon HD 4870. I tried running it with 1 stick of ram still didnt work. I also tried running it without the CD-ROM drive and without the HDD. When i turn turn the switch on from the power supply i get a red LED that lights up on the motherboard labbeled "R474" (dont know if thats any help)
