Looks good, EXCEPT the 300W PSU...you should get a 400W, since it's obvious you want to be overclocking, and you'll need a lot of juice for that.

As far as monitors, I would recommend either looking at Sonys offerings, if you have huge amounts of cash to spend on one. Otherwise, I have the LG Flatron 795FT+, a 17" flat screen CRT. Really a great monitor, good controls, clear screen, has a USB hub at the back, and goes up to 1600x1200 with good refresh rates. Take a look into it, someone else just got one for $210, I think.
