Need Cheap All-In-One Mobo

Hey guys,
i have an E8400 i think it is.. dual 3.0ghz processor and need a motherboard for it. looking for the cheapest all in one board i can get, i'm not going to be playing any games or doing anything on it that requires a decent mobo..
Does anyone have any ideas?

Check out newegg's search . I found several with everything on em including onboard video but, they're mATX .

Nothing wrong with mATX.

sweefu - are you going to use it for any HD video (bluray or 1080p) playback? If so you may want to make sure the chipset can assist with HD playback, the e8400 should be sufficient for that but it's always nice to have the chipset GPU capability.
