All of these have good reviews at NewEgg. Any reason to believe one would O/C better than another?

I bought 2 kits of the 2 x 2gb crucial ram about 8 or 9 months back when they were 43 bucks each on newegg. In two different systems they ran 1066@ 5-5-5-15 at 1.9~2.0v, but i keep them both at 800@4-4-4-12 at 1.9 volts. All the ones you listed look like decent choices, though i'm not so sure about the corsair one.
