Cheapest RAID board

hey guys just setting up a home server and wondering what the cheapest DDR2 Intel board is that has some simple RAID abilitys. Thanks, Fergus

Cheapest 775 boards with raid capabilities run about $135+ new/retail. This is with the ICH9R chipset. You might be able to pick one up used on flebay for cheaper or an open box one from the egg.

If you're at all familiar with Linux it would make an ideal OS for a home server, and the software RAID is pretty solid (probably better than some cheapo RAID chip in a motherboard).
