Should the heatsink be running hotter than cpu temp or vise-versa?

the actual temp of the cpu die will be higher than the HSF attached to it. Unless you hook it up wrong:)

probably should have asked this in the cooling section of the forums, no big deal tho.

I am so curious on how to hook it up wrong to get the die cooler than the HS?

And if you could do it, would it really be wrong?
