I started single machine dual boxing lately and Windows is popping up with a message saying the computer is low on memory, but I have 4GB and don't seem to be using even half of it. Attached is the stuff running, and when I open a browser window or any other program, the message comes up. I click OK and everything keeps working. Vista 64.

Sorry for my n00bn3ss, but what's single machine dual boxing? :o
The bottom of Task Manger in your screenshot says you are using 79% of your Physical Memory.

Something doesn't add up, you're using maybe 1.2gb and yet it says 79% physical ram used. Could the prefetch/caching be causing issues?
It also says there are 60 processes going and is only showing 25.
Admittedly i haven't used win7, so i don't know if that is normal or not.

I'm running Vista 32 on my notebook with 2GB of RAM. I have 63 processes running in Task Manager & I'm using about 48% of the physical memory.

Up at the top, those two instances of Wow.exe, that's dual boxing. Playing 2 accounts at once

Now that you're back to system managed the swap file has (probably) grown to 6GB. IMO that's a bit much, but it's not like you are going to need the disk space. Either route should be fine.
