i need to buy a new pc, i chose all parts except motherboard,
Asus rampage 2 extreme is one of the best boards on the market!
its a little expensive 330 eur but its very good for OC, should i buy this board or look for other with the same specifications?
any advice?

What specs do you need that a more inexpensive board doesnt have?

EVGA 141-BL-E757-TR
or
GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD5

Will get you where you need to go as far as overclocking goes. Im pretty sure both can reach 200bclk.

I like mine but it was at a "you can't refuse this deal" price.
But it seems on the i7 boards, the quality of oc mostly depends on the cpu, imo.

my specs are intel core i7 920 (will overclock it to 4.2 ghz)
radeon 5870 or 295 gtx
4 gb 1600 mhz ram
