have an ez 1 for ya

acceptable temp. range for amd t bird

its runing @ 44 to 45 c now is that good bad or average

aircooled btw

also had to take the oc off cuz the lead wore down

need a new graphite application lol

lower temps are always better for overclocking but with the tbird u are fine as long as u keep it under 50C u should be fine :)
