for win 98v2
cooling programs
please post link
Neither those programs have been reported to be very efficent at doing anything but cooling idle temperatures.
Besides why would you want to cool idle? If your computer is idle alot then I would say help the OC Seti or Folding team while your computer is never idle.

Many people do use cooling programs to lower idle temp; myself- I don't see the point: idle is the coolest a pc gets (if its running) so has no bearing on what load temps will be. Only a good cooling scheme will help load temps.
My computers are never idle anyway: crunching 24/7 (and a couple of them actually do money-making work too!)
