Hi saaya,
well the mem modules rated for PC100 are for sure limiting the OC chance, considering that you're trying to go with 112, 124 or better 133Mhz. Another prob can be the heat, never above 40-45 degree C @full load, and an higher voltage can helps to get stability, generally 1.8-1.85v are enough ;)
I hope it helps you :)
P.S. what kind of P/// are you using, a Slot1 (SL454/SL3XM or SL3XM) or a Fc-Pga (SL45Y/SL3XX or SL3XX)?
my mainboard doesnt support that fsb options and there is no programm i found that works along with my northbridge.
my chip is from the phillipines and the volt is 1.65 .
my cpu is one of the few hundret slot1 p3 700E processors. well i dont really like slot boards but they give you a nice option: you can set the voltage up to 3.5v :D as slot1 is originally built for p2 and p1.
by isolating some pins on the slot card i can change voltage and make the chip accept the mainboard fsb, that i can set up to 133.
but i didnt raise the volt as the lowest setting i could make would be 2.0 ...and thats a lot more. slot coolers suck and are hard to find, but my waercooling setup will be ready to do the job in some weeks.

Well, you can try to found a used HS Alpha Pal3125 like a Mobo too, something like an Asus P3b-F ;)
