Without having ever played I would still have to say it's worth picking up for $5. To me any game that is still played by people for as long as CS:S has been out is worth at least $5.

Yeah, a long time ago I bought the Half Life 1 platinum pack, which had all the HL1 stuff. Then much later I bought Orange Box. And after that, I picked up L4D and a few random other valve games. And in all of that, no CS:S ;p

I like the office map. I play it at least once a day. It's short and sweet.

The original was awesome. If I still had time to play games, I'd jump on this for sure. If it is anything remotely like the original, this is a great deal!

This game is totally worth it. I have spent hundreds of hours on it. I also have mostly moved onto TF2, but that is mostly because I have been playing css for years. Like 5 of them. Be warned though, it is a very twitchy game. You have to be uber quick, because 1 hs and your dead with many guns. Also, the AWP, which is a sniper gun, kills in 1 shot even if you hit the other guy's foot.

You know, I bet they would know what you are talking about anyways. Gun nuts really know their stuff, even obscure (to real life) terms. At least the Impact Guns near me.
